The Problem
A guest looks for you at 11pm. If they can't find you, they book someone else.
A tourist in Munich types “rent a car Rijeka” into Google and opens the first three results. Yours isn't one of them — or it takes five seconds to load and it's only in Croatian.
Booking and the other intermediaries take roughly 15% of every reservation. On a €20,000 season that's about €3,000 — every year, again and again, for guests you could have had directly.
You have Instagram and that's good. But a guest planning their summer in February isn't searching Instagram. They're searching Google, in their own language, and they book whatever they find.
“We'll sort the website out before the season” ends the same way every year: the season starts, the time disappears, and everything goes through a middleman taking their cut again.
Services
One website that actually does its job.
Website — Done For You
From blank page to live site in 7 working days. Copy, design, translations, domain, hosting and Google registration are all included. You send photos and a price list, and everything else is handled. The site and the domain are yours, and you can take them anywhere you like.
Four languages, not one
HR, EN, DE and IT as standard. Your guest reads in their own language and Google shows you in their country. Most local sites are Croatian-only — which is exactly why foreign guests never open them.
Bookings come straight to you
Enquiries, reservations and calls land directly in your inbox or WhatsApp. No middleman, no per-booking commission, and no waiting for someone else to forward you a guest.
So Google can actually find you
Google Business Profile, Maps, load speed and correctly structured business data. A site that doesn't open within two seconds on mobile loses the guest before they've even seen it.
Pricing
Fixed price. No surprises at the end.
from €480
one-off, plus monthly maintenance
The exact price depends on how many pages you need and whether bookings run through a system. After a short conversation you get a fixed quote — what's on the quote is what you pay.

About
There is one person behind Littlehorn.

I'm Mateo Rožić, based in Rijeka. I run Littlehorn AI on my own, which means that from the first enquiry to launch you are talking to the person actually building your site. No account manager, no handover to someone else, and no explaining the same thing twice.
Before this I built automation systems — among them AAAI 2026, one of the largest AI conferences in the world, where over 300 Zoom sessions and more than 8,000 submissions were processed without a single manual step. RiLife, a guide to what's on in Rijeka, is my own project and runs as both a web and an Android app.
I use AI tools because what takes an agency six weeks takes me seven days. What I don't hand to the tools is the conversation with you, understanding your business, and being accountable when something isn't right.
How It Works
Three steps. Seven days. Done.
A conversation — 20 minutes
You explain what you do, who your guests are and which languages they arrive in. You get a fixed quote the same day. If it doesn't suit you, no problem and no cost.
The build — you do almost nothing
You send photos and a price list. Copy, translations and design are all included and need nothing from you. You see the first draft on day three and say what to change.
Live — day seven
The site goes live, domain and hosting configured, Google profile registered. After that maintenance is included — get in touch when the price list changes or new photos come in.
I Also Do This
When a website isn't all you need.
Before Littlehorn I built automation systems — among them AAAI 2026, one of the largest AI conferences in the world: over 300 Zoom sessions and more than 8,000 submissions processed without a single manual step. The same approach works on a small business.
Process automation
Appointment reminders, booking confirmations, invoicing, reaching out to guests who haven't been back in a while. All built around the tools you already use — email, calendar, booking system.
Team training
Live workshops, on-site or over Zoom. Your team learns to use AI on the work they actually do: guest replies, descriptions, quotes, paperwork. Practical from day one.
Owner coaching
One-on-one, with you. Where AI fits your business, what to adopt first, and what you can safely ignore. You leave with a plan, not a sales pitch.
Who I Work With
Small businesses on the coast that live off the season.
- Rent-a-car, transfers and guest transport
- Apartments and private accommodation paying commission to intermediaries
- Bars, cafés, restaurants and clubs
- Excursions, charters, schools and tour guides
- Salons, studios and local services that run on bookings
- Anyone who's been saying “we really need a website” for a year
FAQ
Questions owners actually ask.
What does a website cost?+
From €480 one-off, plus monthly maintenance covering hosting, backups and small changes. You get a fixed quote after a short conversation — no hourly billing and no costs appearing later.
How long does it really take?+
Seven working days from the moment the photos and basic details arrive. You see the first draft on day three. If it stalls anywhere, it stalls waiting on your feedback.
I already have a site, but it's old.+
Then we do a redesign, which is often faster and cheaper than starting from scratch because the copy and photos already exist. If the site is slow or awkward on mobile, that's the most common reason you're losing guests without ever seeing it happen.
Do I have to do anything?+
Photos, a price list and half an hour of conversation. Copy, translations, design and the technical side are all included. If you don't have good photos, you get a list of exactly what to shoot on your phone.
Who owns the site in the end?+
You do. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever decide to work with someone else, everything is handed over — access, code and domain — without dragging it out. Nothing stays locked away.
Why are you faster and cheaper than an agency?+
Because AI tools cover the part of the work an agency bills by the hour — copy, translations, the first design draft. What takes an agency six weeks and three people takes a week here. You're not paying for AI, you're paying for a finished website.
Do you build online shops too?+
Yes. A webshop with a catalogue, collections, cart and checkout is a bigger job than a standard site so the price differs — but you get a shop you maintain yourself, with no platform commission on every sale.
Do you work outside Rijeka?+
Yes. Littlehorn AI is based in Rijeka, so meeting in person on the Kvarner coast is always an option, and sites are built for the rest of Croatia too — everything else works just as well over a call and email.
We're a med spa — anything for us?+
Yes — med spa automation is where Littlehorn started. There's a dedicated system for lead response, no-show elimination, and client reactivation. See the med spa page.
